👨‍🎓 Background

• MBA’21 at Stanford; Gitcoin Kernel 7 Fellow; Ondeck Founder Fellow; Engineer at PEC
• Work as a Lead Product Manager at Circle - building web3 infra for developers. This is a new business for the company, and my role is to help get the product from 0 to 1.
• Over the last year, I have been learning and building full time at the application layer in crypto. I was particularly interested in using the ‘incentive-ownership’ of crypto to coordinate human behaviour, and tried building two projects: a venture DAO for climate founders (lite-paper) & a work wallet (+tokenised marketplace) for web3 freelancers
• Before that, I founded Docon - a startup that grew from a side-project for my mother's clinic to become the largest medical records platform in India (was acquired by Pharmeasy). Through Docon, I went through the whole process of starting & scaling a startup → getting PM fit → getting acquired → raising $10M in VC → hiring a 130 member team.
• Also, worked as a Product Manager at Amazon, sourced deals for a $650m VC fund & ran a podcast focussed on Indian startups.

🛠️ What I am working on now?

• I work as a Lead product manager for the web3 services and developer experience pillar at Circle (the stablecoin company). This is a new business that aims to make it easy for developers to build Dapps, utlizing Circle’s massive infrastructure.
• Specifically, I’m leading developer onboarding for all these services and also creating a simplified smart contract platforms for developers to use.
• I’m super excited about what we are buidling as our business touches on some of my core crypto thesis for the next few years. I beleive that for crypto to succeed we need:
  • Applications that take away the ambiguity to build and use crypto
  • Experiments on utility rather than speculation
  • Both expand the technology frontier (ZKs etc) & focus on the mass adoption
